Completed graduate and postgraduate diploma’s in Psychology with Distinction including receiving the Dean’s Award 

Jo-Anne has a genuine client focussed relational style working with an orientation to the future. Her passion is providing support and coping skills so people can live their best lives within their community.
 
Jo-Anne is a registered psychologist and specialises in providing telehealth services to people regardless of where they live in Australia. Jo-Anne has previously worked in Melbourne, Sydney, Canberra and most recently in regional NSW including Cowra, Parkes, Forbes, Grenfell and Goulburn. 


Jo-Anne is committed to providing high quality therapeutic interventions with a focus on providing behavioural intervention services.  Jo-Anne enjoys working with adolescents, adults and older adults.
 

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Registered psychologist with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) 

  • Member Australian Psychological Society (MAPS). 

  • Completed graduate and postgraduate diploma’s in Psychology with Distinction including receiving the Dean’s Award.

  • Experience working with CALD and LGBTQI+ clients.

  • Actively engaged in CPD/further development, peer review and supervision to support my delivery of Telehealth Psychology services.  

  • Experience with CBT, ACT, narrative therapy as well as other evidence based interventions.  

  • Qualifications in Psychology, Leadership and Business Management and has experience in Psychology, Human Resources Management and Business Development.  

  • Wide range of experience was gained in not for profit, local and state governments, in the university sector as well as in private practice.
