About Rosa Barron

The top inspiration and commitment for my work is the clients’ courage to acknowledge their struggles and seek professional help to face them.
I see therapy as an empowering collaborative process where the client has the leading voice in setting treatment goals and evaluating the intervention progress. I recognise that clients are unique, and their difficulties cannot be reduced to a generic diagnosis. Instead, my interventions are tailored, respecting the integrity of each client and adopting a holistic, strengths-based and encouraging approach.

I strive to help clients gain greater insight into their lives, understand and overcome their presenting issues, develop their self-confidence, and make meaningful changes. It is an incredible privilege to have the chance to influence and witness the clients’ healing and personal development.

I provide psychological services in both English and Spanish.
