Bachelor of Psychology

Sharon has worked as a registered psychologist for over two decades. She has experience in private practice, as well as in community and corporate settings. She has also worked with victims of domestic violence, and has helped clients with a wide range of mental health conditions. 

​

Sharon brings an authentic, warm and empathetic style to therapy. She believes in forming strong therapeutic relationships and working together with clients to tailor therapy to their needs and goals.

​

She believes that her role is to walk alongside her clients, helping them to make sense of their challenges and to develop the skills needed to create sustainable change.

 

Sharon uses evidence-based therapies, which are individually tailored to every client she works with. She utilises CBT, EMDR, Schema Therapy, ACT, and Exposure Therapy in her therapy approach, among other evidence-based psychotherapy techniques.

Sharon enjoys the process of therapy and seeing clients develop new perspectives and skills that enable them to live
happier and more fulfilling lives.
